Another Stable Kernel Released

The -Stable team has managed to release another release before the final 2.6.24, which is 2.6.23.14. It contains a single fix for a problem that could cause a local user to cause file system corruption on some types of filesystems that was spotted by Bill Roman and the workaround was done by Linus. I think it's an important update that should be implemented to those who used 2.6.23.x version.
